Pratt, a member of the college faculty, has been marooned in Norway owing to the cessation of the transatlantic steamship lines. Word has been sent from Dr. Pratt to the effect that during his term of banishment he will spend his time in studies of various Scandinavian universities. Dr. Pratt was sent in September, 1910, to Belgium as an assistant to Herbert S. Hoover, chairman of the American Relief Commission.
