Herbert Jerome Osborn

Herbert Osborn, (Grandad) moved from Flippin, Arkansas when he was 4 years old. In my notes, I have there were four wagons all with mule teams that brought them to Wetumka, Oklahoma. Bud Parker, Elzie Parker and Elam Osborn each had a wagon. Bud Parker’s real name was John Franklin Parker. Bud was Elam’s father-in-law. Elzie and Bud were brother and sister. I also have recorded it took them 4 days. There was an extra wagon used to pile rxtra belongings in. These notes were taken in the 1970’s from a conversation with Herbert Osborn.
