Herbert Henry Taylor

Herbert Henry Taylor, son of James Fiske Taylor and Rebecca Jane Upton, was born Mar. 5, 1841 in Brunswick, Vermont; married on Dec. 30, 1865 in Wilmot, New Hampshire with EMILY E. HILL. She was born 1846 in Springfield, New Hampshire. He died Nov. 26, 1912 in Wakefield, Mass.

Children were: Laura E. (1872) and Daisy H. (1877).

• 1880 census: Herbert H. Taylor (39, b Vt) and wife Emerly E. (34, b NH); in Andover NH w ch. Bart L. (13, b NH), Grace E. (10, b NH), Laura F. (7, b NH) and Hellen J. (2, b NH). He works in lumber.
• 1900 census: Herbert Taylor (58, b Vt) and wife Emily Taylor (54, b NH); in Wakefield, Mass. w ch Laura F. (28, b NH; compositor) and Daisy H. (23, b NH; stenographer). He is a traveling salesman.
