Mrs. Hilda Krogen, died Wednesday in a Mahnomen hospital at the age of 73. Residing in Crookston from 1921 -1955, Mrs. Krogen was formally employed by the S & L Store here. Mrs. Krogen was born August 4, 1896 at Donnelly and grew up in Strathcona. She married Arthur Krogen in Crookston on June 4, 1921. Survivors include two daughters. Ms. Norman (Audrey) Scarr of Moorhead and Mrs. Nadyne Fournier of Mahnomen; one sister and two brothers; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren, Funeral Services are at Poplar Grove Lutheran Church near Strathcona, MN.
