Hildagard Miller

Hildagard Miller, 92, Union, died November 21, 1997.
She was born June 7, 1905, in Maries County, the daughter of William Henry Thomas Skaggs and his wife Mary Ellen Glenn Skaggs.
On December 24. 1925, she was united in marriage to Chester Wray Miller. to this union one daughter was born.
Mrs. Miller was a member of the First Baptist Church, Union.
She was employed at Carmo Shoe, Union, for many years and was an insppector for the Brown shoe Company.
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband, Chester on June 11, 1955; six brothers, Cleveland Skaggs, Stevson Skaggs, Thomas Orel Skaggs, Joseph Russell Skaggs, Bryan Skaggs, and William Ralph Skaggs; three sisters, Lucy Skaggs, Fretah Cox, and Winnie Jacobsmeyer; and one son-in-law, Edward H. Lind.
She is survived by one daughter; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held at Oltmann Funeral Home, Union with interment in Union Cemetery.
