About Hinda Cohen
Her name was determined primarily via the naturalization record for Jacob Cohen, although it also appears on a couple of other documents.
Based on the birth of various grandchildren with the Hebrew name "Hinda", she likely died in Poland, circa 1880. Her husband, Gedaliah, appears to have moved to London after her death; he is listed in the 1891 UK census as a widower, residing with his son, Morris.
The Konin archives have an earlier tranche of Books of Residence from Turek. The 1872 book confirms her relationship to Roza Wartski.
