YOUNG FOLKS IN
DOUBLE WEDDING
Two couples of Cass county young people, Miss Matilda Arp and Homer Rich, and Miss Alma Leigan and Robert L. Wood, were married Wednesday evening at 6:30 at Omaha. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Charles W. Savage, Omaha's "marrying parson." Only the four young people were present at the double marriage. They have returned, Mr. and Mrs. Wood being at home on his farm three miles north of Wiota, and Mr. and Mrs. Rich for the present being at the home of Ralph C. Rich in Pymosa township. Mrs. Wood is a sister of Mrs. Ralph Goodwin, living north of Atlantic, and Charles T. Leigan of Atlantic. Mr. Wood is a Benton township farmer. Mrs. Rich is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Arp, living northeast of the city. Mr. Rich is the son of Pardon C. Rich of Atlantic. He is in the selective draft.
