Hon. Jane Murray

Hon. Jane Cathcart was born on 20 May 1754 at London, England. She died on 5 December 1790 at age 36 at Hanover Square, Mayfair, London, England.1 She was buried on 30 December 1790 at Dunkeld Cathedral, Dunkeld, Perthshire, Scotland.[1] As a result of her marriage, Hon. Jane Cathcart was styled as Duchess of Atholl on 26 December 1774. From 26 December 1774, her married name became Murray.

Parents: daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir Charles Schaw Cathcart, 9th Lord Cathcart and Jane Hamilton.1
