Note: Honora was only 18 years old when she married Daniel McGuirk, aged 30. He was a convict who had arrived on the ship "Martha" in 1818, sentenced to life for burglary. Their eldest daughter, Anne,was killed by her husband Henry Hogan. Daniel was sent to Van Diemen's Land in 1846 charged with bushranging with firearms. He left Honora with their 10 children, and she was possibly looking after her three grandchildren. Honora died in 1867, one month after her husband. Both are buried in Fish Creek Cemetery.
