Honor Adams, daughter of Henry Hall, married, per the compendium of New England Marriages Prior to 1700, James Adams, in Westerly, R.I. Please see Hall Family History; http://www.hallfamilyname.com/index.html, in which this man's lineage is developed back through John Adams Jr. to John Adams of Plymouth Colony.
Rootsweb shows James Adams, husband of Honor, as a son of James Adams, a Scot indentured servant, sent to the colonies after a Scot rebellion, and Priscilla Ramsden. However, please see James Adams, Definite Dunbar Prisoner; https://scottishprisonersofwar.com/james-adams-1-on-the-scots-at-ly..., to see that that James Adams (Jr.) married Priscilla Shore, in Concorde, 2/17/1690. This marriage does not appear at all on that James Adams' Geni profile; James Adams, II, but a marriage to Katherine Ford does. That also appears to be a marriage with yet another James Adams, and occurred in Charlestown, 1/5/1696. (Steven Ferry, February 17, 1019.)
Note: the Marriage in 1690 of Priscilla Shorey was the “widow” Shore’s 2nd Marriage to James Adams Sr, the Scots POW, as 2nd wife.
