Will: Owned farm in the secon concession lot 12 of the Saint Regis Indian Reservation in the County of Glengarrry, gave Little Fitzpatrick the homestead. Gave wife Catherine Fitzpatrick maintenance and support as lien on homestead named sons Hezekiah, Daniel and Walter and daughters Harriet, Delia and Sarah.
