About Hugh J Grant
Hugh J. Grant (1857-1910) served as mayor of New York City for two terms from 1889-1892. He remains the youngest mayor in the city's history. He is also one of the youngest big city mayors in United States history and one of the earliest Roman Catholic mayors of New York City.
