findmypast.com under Humphrey Baker died 1623. States he has a brother John Baker. No other siblings mentioned. Also mentions his dau Sarah Symmes wife of Zachary Syms. will is with Surrey Archdeaconry Court. Also surrey and south London Will abstracts 1470-1856 vol 10 and probate index.

The only John Baker with a Humphrey connection is son of Richard Baker and his first wife Catherine Tyrrel. Richard's sister Maria is mother in law of Christiana Browne dau of Humphrey Browne. John Baker was the heir of Richard Baker. It is reasonable to assume his brother was Humphrey. Research should be done to further confirm this
