Humphrey Palmer, Eunice, CT; W4756, BLW #24151-160-55; soldier was b 25 Dec. 1758 at Stonington, CT and in 1776 he moved with his father (not named) to Colchester, CT and he lived there at enlistment; application 16 Oct. 1832 at Exeter in Otsego Co., NY; and soldier had married there to Mrs. Eunice Tiffany on 14 Dec. 1826 or 1827; he died 24 or 25 Jul. 1848; widow application 21 Dec. 1853 at Burlington Flats, in Otsego Co., NY, aged 78; his brother George Palmer lived at Exeter, NY in 1832 ("Abstracts of Revolutionary War Pension Files" Pg 2577)
