This profile is one of several hypotheses proposed for the wife of Manassès III, count of Rethel, see:
Judith of Boulogne: {not sourced} daughter of Eustace I, Count of Boulogne and Mathilda of Leuven: this proposition would explain the kinship between the kings Baldwin I and Baldwin II of Jerusalem.[7] However, Murray objects that there is no allusion of this daughter nor of any other connection between the Rethel and Boulogne families in Genealogica comitum Boloniensium', a compilation of the Boulogne genealogy which was being copied and extended by the mid-twelfth century, when the descendants of Manasses III were ruling the kingdom of Jerusalem. Another hypothesis[3] is that Doda, the wife of Godfrey III, Duke of Lower Lorraine, would have been the daughter of Manasses II and Dada (Yvette) de Roucy;
Her origin is unknown, three possible origins have been suggested:

d) [ IDA . Receuil des historiens des croisades[454], Runciman[455] and Riley-Smith[456] all say that the paternal grandmother of Baudouin II King of Jerusalem was the daughter of Eustache [I] Comte de Boulogne but the primary source on which this suggestion is based has not been identified. There is no mention of such a daughter in the Genealogica comitum Boloniensium. The wife of Comte Manassès is named Judith in a document of 1081 for the church of Breaux in which the couple appears together with their son Hugues[457]. Runciman361 and Riley-Smith362 both name her "Ida", the former naming her husband "Baldwin of Le Bourg Count of Rethel" which is doubly inconsistent with the charter evidence just cited.
