Ignacy Wyssogota Zakrzewski, coat of arms Wyssogota (born in 1745 in Stary Białcz [1], died on February 15, 1802, in Żelechów ) - the first mayor of Warsaw, standard bearer of Poznań 1790-1795, pantler of Poznań 1787-1790, cupbearer of Poznań 1786-1787, member of the Four-Year Sejm, Freemason, decorated with the Order of the White Eagle (1792) and the Order of Saint Stanislaus (1792) [2] .

He was the son of Izydor Wyssogot-Zakrzewski, castellan of Santok, and Izabella, daughter of Władysław Radomicki, voivode of Poznań.

Member of Andrzej Mokronowski's confederation in 1776 [3] . Member of Parliament in 1776 from the Wschowa region [4] . Member of Parliament in 1786 and judge of the Sejm from the Kalisz Voivodeship [5] . He was an envoy from the Poznań Voivodeship to the Four-Year Seym in 1788 [6] . In 1791 he was a co-founder of the Assembly of Friends of the Government Constitution. On April 16, 1792, at the first election of municipal authorities after the Constitution of May 3, he was hailed as the mayor of Warsaw, but soon, on May 18, Targowicadeprived him of this function. He was a member of the conspiracy preparing the outbreak of the Kościuszko Uprising [7]
