312. Rosenthal /Rosický/ Imrich JUDr., 31.1.1907, Nemecké /Nitrianské/ Pravno, tamtiež prísluaný. Mladší brat L. Rosenthála. Advokát v Prievidzi. Zmaturoval 1924 v Prlevidzi na gymnaziu s vyznamenaním. Bol advokátom ludomilného jednania, mimoriadne vzdelaný, obIúbený, velml dobrej, veselej povahy. 1941 dodaný do Konc. a prac. tábora Nováky.

from Google Translate:

312. Rosenthal /Rosický/ Imrich JUDr., 31.1.1907, Nemecké / Nitra / Pravno, therein. Younger brother L. Rosenthal. Attorney in Prievidza. He graduated in 1924 in Prlevidza on a grammar school with distinction. He was the advocate of humanitarian action, extremely educated, possessed, a great, good-natured character. In 1941 he was delivered to the Nováky work camp. Here he deserved his legal erudition about the construction of a working camp, and thus the survival of 1,600 prisoners until 28 August 1944. Voluntarily, as a naval artillery, he proclaimed the liberation of the camp August 29, 1944 to the ranks of the SNP [Slovak National Uprising] fighters. September 9, 1944, as commander of the artillery battery, he fell in the fight against the German Nazi occupiers in Brezinách over Nováky. After the war he was exhumed and buried in a Jewish cemetery at Banská in Prievidza. Due to the insensitive approach of local horizons in liquidation of the cemetery, his tombstone was not saved. This happened in the early 1980s. The author of this work was still able to photograph his monument. And his life's destiny would be a standalone. From 28.8.-12.10.1939 he served at p-p1.5 in Nitra.
