GODWIN - Mrs. Inez Stewart Carroll, 80, of 981 Clayton Road, died Monday, Aug. 30, 2004.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Baptist Chapel Church in Autryville by the Rev. Alan Roberts. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Carroll is survived by a son, McKinley Carroll of Godwin; two sisters, Marilyn S. Matthews of Dunn and Ella Parker of Bellbuckle, Tenn.; and a grandchild.

The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at Cromartie-Miller & Lee Funerals & Cremations in Dunn.
