She was married in 1927 to Oge Jorgensen, who died in 1961. She was one of 13 children of John Jones and Fanny Crawford Gifford of Springdale, Utah. A long time employee of Snelgroves in Sugarhouse. She is survived by a son, Paul and his wife, Patricia, of Bountiful; three daughters, Naomi Eldredge and Marjorie Sorensen, Salt Lake; Florence Baldwin, Corinth, Mississippi; sisters, Ellen Beacham, Santa Clara, Utah, and Mable Hall, Las Vegas, Nevada. Also a granddaughter, Janne Wilson and three grandchildren of Westchester County, New York. Services will be held Tuesday, September 22, 1998, 12 noon in Centerville at the Porter Lane 1st Ward, 437 W. Porter Lane. Friends and family may call on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Deseret Memorial Mortuary, 36 East 700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah, and one hour prior to services. Interment at Wasatch Lawn Cemetery. Funeral directors, Deseret Memorial Mortuary. She is our mother and we miss her very much.
