• Elaine Chavis made her transition at her residence in Casselberry, Fla., on Oct. 3, 2011. The celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Whigham Funeral Home, 580 Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Blvd. Interment will be in Heavenly Rest Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of service. Elaine was a retired clerical worker for Budweiser of Newark. She was the beloved wife of William F.
