About Irma Ginsburg
Birth record: PÍSEK (o. Písek) 1530 N 1869-1907 (i) (33/85)
Passenger record: "New York Passenger Arrival Lists (Ellis Island), 1892-1924," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:JJ7W-LW1 : 6 December 2014), Irma Mautner, 30 Jul 1914; citing departure port Hamburg, arrival port New York, ship name Pennsylvania, NARA microfilm publication T715 and M237 (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.).
Note: Irma Mautner from Pisek sailed to the U.S. in 1914 aboard the S.S. Pennsylvania. She was going to stay with her uncle "Morris Mautner" (almost certainly Moritz Mautner) living in Chicago. This appears to confirm that Gottlieb Bohumil Mautner is, in fact, the son of Josef Mautner .
Marriage record (Chicago): "Illinois, Cook County Marriages, 1871-1920," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:N7ZB-WYS : 26 December 2014), Zdenek Ginsburg and Miss Irma Mautner, 04 Nov 1917; citing Chicago, Cook, Illinois, 781258, Cook County Courthouse, Chicago; FHL microfilm 1,030,661.
1920 U.S. Census (Cicero, IL): "United States Census, 1920," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MJWH-QRC : accessed 13 September 2017), Zdenek Ginsburg, Cicero, Cook, Illinois, United States; citing ED 59, sheet 5A, line 46, family 109, NARA microfilm publication T625 (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, 1992), roll 359; FHL microfilm 1,820,359.
Death record: "Illinois, Cook County Deaths, 1878-1994," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2MF-K45L : 17 May 2016), Irma Ginsburg, 01 May 1971; citing Chicago, Cook, Illinois, United States, source reference , record number , Cook County Courthouse, Chicago; FHL microfilm .

Note: Ship manifest notes both mother and father living in Pisek in 1914. Death record lists her mother's maiden name as "Kohn". Did Gottlieb perhaps remarry after Albertina Sattler Mautner's death in 1902 at a young age? I didn't see anything relevant in the Pisek marriage records. However, there is a [ https://www.geni.com/documents/view?doc_id=6000000141155226719 Ruzena (nee ?) Mautnerova (b. ~1862, d. 1927 in Pisek)] who could be a candidate if she's not already known to be someone else.
Note: Same as Irma Ginsburg
