It came to pass in the town of Bialobrzegi on the 9th (21st) day of January of the year 1900 at 12:00 noon. There appeared in person Gerszko-Lejbus Cukierman, 39 years of age, a merchant residing in the town of Bialobrzegi, in the presence of Tobiasz Rozender, a sexton, 60 years of age, and Aron Koper, a merchant, 40 years of age, both residing in the town of Bialobrzegi, and he presented to us a child of the male sex, declaring that he was born in the town of Bialobrzegi on the 2nd (14th) day of January of the current year at 10:00 in the morning of his lawful wife Chana nee Fiszman, 31 years of age. This child at Circumcision was given the name Izrail. This record was read to the declarant and the witnesses, and as the father of the child cannot write, was signed by us and the witnesses.
