His grant of 200 acres, of 1735, was on the lower side of Stonehouse River, corner to brother Courtney and line to Hazel River. According to Anson County N.C. records, Isaac Norman, Jr. in 1753 purchased 100 acres on the south side of the Pee Dee River from Isaac White, being the place where Isaac Norman lived three years.
