Purchased "large brick house" for 550 pounds on Queen St, running to the East River (site was 132 Pearl St in 1957. Witnesses to his will were Ebenezer Willson, Mayor of NYC, Rip Van Dam, first native born to be Governor of the colony. He named Abraham deLucena, rabbi of Beaver St.synagogue to assist his wife in managing the estate.
