Encontre este interesante parrafo en el libro de Emmanuel, el cual les comparto porque hace referencia a la pertenencia de David Haim e Isaac Senior a una logia masonica en Barranquilla.
"Freemasonry, which was then considered the "agent of civilization" enjoyed a large following among members of the commuinity. In 1955 they were partly responsible for founding the Igualdad Lodge which currently does much good in Curacao. They also contributed to the founding of different lodges in Central America, Santo Dmongo, Venezuela and Colombia (As a point of interest we list the following Curacoan Jewish dignatarios and active member os the Estrella de Colombia No. 6 Lodge of Barranquilla on July 3, 1866 (the nomber alongside the name referring to the corresponding degrees): David de Sola, 18, secretaria David Haim Senior 18, Ju. Alvares Correa, 3; Isaac Senior, 18; Savid Pardo Cadet, 3; M. Senior 3; Raphael Namias, Curiel 3, and J.J. Senior 1.
