[Comment from Peter Lowe: I have assumed - based on not finding any evidence to support anything different, that there was only one Jakob Jerusalem born around 1784 in the Chotebor area. His age at death , fits with the birthdate in the Familiantenbuch. Also I found that he moved around quite a bit in the area, with children born ( or registered in, or living in) in Drenice, Hermanuv Mestec, Cestin and Chotebor.

Additionally there is a Birth entry for an Isak, son of Jackob & Eva . The surname is not given Birth 6 Mar 1809 Hermanuv Mestec HBMa402 http://www.badatelna.eu/fond/1073/reprodukce/?zaznamId=273&reproId=... Could he have been a JERUSALEM ? ]
