Isam Samuel Gilbert

Listed in Alabama Department of Archives on muster roll for Company "C," 31st Alabama Infantry Regiment (Civil War). He was a private nineteen years old, and he enlisted in Shelby County, Alabama, as a volunteer. His family records that he had a shoulder wound received in service.
