Floyd County, Kentucky Marriage Bonds & Consents: Bond dated 7, Aug. 1809 by Isham Daniel and John Sellards for a marriage shortly to be had between Isham Daniel and Mary "Polly" Borders.
Mr. William Mayo, Clark of Floyd County Court. Sir, Please to give license for Isham Daniel and Mary "Polly " Borders to marry by consent of all parties on both sides. Affirmed by us and given under our hand August the 5th, 1809.

Isham "Isom" Daniel. A July 25, 1848 deed, per Johnson County Deed Book A, page 287, disposes of a tract of land on Hoods_______of Blaine, as part of the settlement of Isham Daniel's estate.
Isham was killed while comparatively a young man, cutting some timber on his farm.
Isham was also the stepson of Samuel SELLARDS, son of Hezekiah SELLARDS.
Isham Daniel Sr. settled on the Big Sandy River above White House.
