Iva A. Troyer

Iva A. Troyer, 81, of Center, Mifflintown, died on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014, at her home.

Born Sept. 6, 1933, in Sugar Creek, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Abe and Mary Ann (Yoder) Troyer.

She is survived by: her husband of 61 years, Atlee L. Troyer, whom she married on Nov. 5, 1953; seven children, Vernon A. and Rachel (Peachey) Troyer, Levi A. Troyer, Homer A. and Emma (Troyer) Troyer, Mary Ann and Emanuel Wengerd, Willis A. and Katie Ann (Lee) Troyer, Raymond A. and Emma (Troyer) Troyer, and Susan A. Troyer, all of Mifflintown; three sisters, Elvina (Troyer) Miller, of Baltic, Ohio, Mary (Troyer) Yoder, of Fresno, Ohio, and Clara (Troyer) Miller, of Baltic, Ohio; 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: one granddaughter, Iva M. (Troyer) Yoder; brothers and sisters, Catherine, Noah, Amanda, Levi, Raymond, and Abraham; three infant sisters; and one infant brother.

Her funeral will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014, at the Willis Troyer farm, Equine Acres Lane, Mifflintown. Interment will take place after the service in Old Order Amish Cemetery, Van Wert.

There will be a viewing from 2 to 8 p.m. on Friday, at the Troyer farm.
