Obituary of: Ivan Dustin Kunz, age 84, died peacefully at his home in Sandy, Utah on August 26, 1995. He was born July 3, 1911 in Bern, Idaho to Ezra Louie and Vilda Dustin Kunz. He married Wilma Naomi Gibson, September 22, 1938 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a member of the LDS Church and held stake and ward positions including counselor in a Sandy 1st Ward Bishopric. He also served as an ordinance worker at the Jordan River Temple for nearly 10 years. Employed by English & Bagby Co. and Van Waters & Rogers, Inc., as a plant manager. Survived by children, Jeanette and Ronald Campbell, Murray; Marvin G. and Charlene Kunz, Sandy; Kenneth R. and Jan Kunz, Dothan, Alabama; Richard I. and Yvonne Kunz, Corvalis, Oregon; Eileen and Brent Woffinden, West Jordan; Dean M. and Connie Kunz, Fillmore; Carla and Norman Neil, Salt Lake City and Beverly and Peter Kitteringham, Melbourne, Australia. He has 36 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters, Thelka Walk, West Valley City; and Bernice Nelson, Sandy; brothers, Herbert L. Kunz, Marlon E. Kunz, Sandy; and Loyal E. Kunz, Phoenix, Arizona. Preceded in death by his wife, son Jimmy, parents and brothers, David N. Kunz and Everett A. Kunz. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 29, 1995, 11 a.m., in the Fair Oaks Ward Chapel, 586 East 8400 South. Family and friends may call on Monday August 28, 1995 from 6-8 p.m. at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 10600 South 1700 East, and from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the ward prior to services.
