Jacob Hirsch Regensburger

There must be a problem with Jacob's birth year - and birth year of his children from first marriage

Jacob Ben Naftali Hirsch, was born & died in Fuerth. He was known as the Parnas of Fuerth. [He was not a relative of my grandmother's Regensburger family - who were born in Fuerth too.] When his1st wife [Deborah] died, he married (1768) Hanna Bruell [Br%C3%BCll] daughter of Sussmann Brüll (Brilin) and they had 5 children. After he died, she married (1784) Naphtali Hirz Cerf-Baer of Strasbourg and came to live there with her young children. When they grew, They 'Frenchified' their family name to Ratisbonne.

About names and the way they are written & pronounced: The name Brüll is written with English Keyboard as Bruell. Many, who left Germany, changed their name to Brill -easier pronunciation!
