Jacob Jr. m. Elizabeth Boarer 2 Aug 1795 @ Randolph, Charlotte Virginia. They had 4 known children. Delilah, Martin Van Buren, Margaret and Barbara. Elizabeth Died in 1832. On 20 Feb 1834 Jacob married Margaret C. Baily in Lewis Va. They had two children. Lyddia and Mary E. He is Burried in Evans Cemetary, Heaters West Virginia.
Jacob Riffle, Jr., born Feb. 26, 1774 and died January 7, 1864. Buried in the Evans Cemetery near the Heaters United Methodist Church.

Will of JACOB RIFFLE
I JACOB RIFFLE of the county of Braxton and State of Virginia, do make my last will and testament in manner of form following, that is to say, First I will that my two upper farms on O'Bryans fork of Salt Lick creek, one of which is known as the "Myers place" and the other as the "Bailey place", be sold by my Executor at the expiration of twelve months after my decease and the proceeds arising [sic] from the sale of the same to be appropriated as follows: One third to my daughter MARGARET SIRK, the wife of JOHN SIRK; one third to BARBARA RIFFLE, the wife of JONATHAN RIFFLE, another one of my daughters, and the remaining third to the children of my daughter DELILAH HEATER, deceased, except ELIZABETH SINGLETON, who is to have no part of the same. Secondly, I will and bequeath unto my daughter LYDIA E. EVANS the residue of my land, and also all my personal property, out of which my said daughter LYDIA E. EVANS, is to support and keep her mother during her natural life and also pay to my son, MARTIN RIFFLE fifty Dollars within twelve months after my decease which I will to him as his part of my estate. Lastly, I hereby constitute and appoint my son in law, JACOB M. EVANS Executor of this my last will and testament.
Given under my hand and seal this 23d day of March A.D. 1857.
