If the Bristol County probate records are accurate, Jacob died before 19 May 1724. His wife is listed as Mary, not Abigail, A Mary Winter was born to Timothy Winter and Hester Plumley on 26 Aug 1672. She died later that same year, so it is unclear why Mary is listed as Jacob's widow.
