About James Crowfoot

FATALITY AT BROOKFIELD Mr James Crowfoot, a well know resident of the Brookfield district, sustained fatal injuries in a runaway accident at Brookfield, on Monday morning, resulting in his death. Deceased and his wife had been in attendance at a mission service in Brookfield Church and had entered their sulky to return home, when the horse suddenly bolted and capsized the sulky. Mr Crowfoot was badly cut about the head, and his skull was fractured, death resulting in a few minutes, Mrs Crowfoot was badly bruised and shaken. Newcastle Morning Herald Wednesday January 25 1917
