On 9 Feb 1749/50 James Dunbar of Bridgewater, cordwainer, sold land in Bridgewater ot his son Josiah Dunbar. On the same date he sold land in Bridgewater to son James Dunbar Jr.
On 17 Sept. 1766 and 9 June 1767 James Dunbar of Bridgewater, yeoman, sold land in Bridgewater to son Jesse Dunbar. In the 17 Sept 1760 deed he reserved use of the premises for himself and wife Experience.
