James Fox

FOX, (married Mary DONNELL 1897) who inherited the farm in Kilanapala & James FOX, (married Nora MULLANEY) who became a teacher in Dunmore & eventually emigrated to the US in the 1940's. His children, who all grew up in Dunmore were:Bridie; Thomas; Eileen; Francis; Angela; Mary & Anne. Anne was the last to leave & migrated to America in 1958-59. She married a RYAN. In the parish church Of St. Nickolas in the town of Dunmore is a dedication to this family from their decendants in America. It is a plaque on the Ambo (pulpit). In America we are known as the NOLAN-FOX Family & this year we will be gathering for the 63rd NOLAN-FOX picnic in Canoga Park, CA. If you have any further information on this family, especially regarding the marriage of the daughter of William NOLAN to Unknown FOX, it would be greatly appreciated.
