James Hunt was a State Apothecary. When he was married in 1791, he was living on Henry Street where the family apothecary business was located and Mary Seaton his wife was living on Stafford Street. He continued a partnership with George Kiernan from his father's days (reference is that Henry was George's uncle) which was dissolved at the end of December 1804 and he moved back to 42 -49 Sackville, leaving George on Henry Street
