Preceded in death by parents and wife, former Ruth GRAMLING, in September 1972. Survived by these children: Alice, wife of Clyde MILLER, Manassas, Va.; Frank, married to former Grace HARBAUGH, 1804 Grace Ave.; Anna Mae, wife of Bernard HOUSER, Woodbridge, Va.; and James L. Jr., married to former Beverly C. BANTLY, 411 Messenger St.; also eight grandchildren. Veteran of World War I. Retired pensioner of Johnstown Plant, Bethlehem Steel Corp.
