About James Ogilvy of Cardell

James Ogilvy of Cardell was the son of Alexander Ogilvy, 4th of Deskford and Findlater and Janet Abernethy.2 He died before 29 April 1578.4 He lived at Cardell, Scotland.4
He married by contract, firstly, Janet Gordon, daughter of Sir Robert Gordon of Lochinvar.3
He married by contract, secondly, Marion Livingston, daughter of Alexander Livingston, 5th Lord Livingston and Lady Agnes Douglas, on 30 October 1558.3
