James SHUTE.
James SHUTE. Born County Fermanagh to Thomas SHUTE a famer and Angelina SHUTE nee BRANDON. He first married Catherine SIMS in Ireland, 3 children were in Ireland and 4 in New Zealand. His 1st wife died in1885. He remarried on 16th August 1887 at Timaru to Sarah Jane EDDY. They had 4 children. His 2nd wife died in 1906.
James was a bootmaker and had a shop in Barnard St, Timaru. The SHUTE's lived in Edward Street, Timaru. James died on 13th April 1908 at Public Hospital Timaru. He was buried with his 1st wife Timaru Cemetery.
