He was born about 1615 in England and his parents were Elizabeth (Roberts) and Charles Turner.

James Turner married Janet Miller and they resided in Isle of Wight County, Virginia.

He died about 1680.

Research Notes

A document in Isle of Wight County, Virginia mentioned an Edward Miller (b: 1625) that likely was a relative of Janet Miller (will assume they were brother and sister).

Other documents in the same time and mention a William Miller who also appears to have been a relative.

At this time, I am going to list them as descending from Thomas Miller (b: 1576) so I can track them and add more information if found to their profiles.
