The will was probated 13 Sept 1777 and the inventory taken 6 July 1778 In the Old Durham Cemetery, Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut, USA, is a family monument. This states "James Wadsworth (Jr.) of Durham married Abigail Penfield of Guilford they had three Children James, John Noyes & Ruth. He died July 25, 1779, aged 87 She on the 14 of Feb 1748, aged 46:"
