All known documentation evidence points to her given name as merely "Jane," daughter of Valentine Martin and Jane Bridgewater and wife of Daniel Boatwright. Despite the numerous claims found on the internet, there is no contemporary justification for claims that she had the middle name of "Bridgewater," her mother's maiden name.
