Notes about this church:

"... amphitheatre had been let for conversion to use as a chapel for the Countess of Huntingdon’s Connexion. Founded in 1783 as a dissenting denomination, the Connexion had already converted another circular pleasure pavilion, the Spa Fields Pantheon in Clerkenwell. The Union Street building became the Sion (or Zion) Methodist Chapel, a stronghold of Calvinistic Methodism that had its own school." https://surveyoflondon.org/map/feature/308/detail/

At the age of 45, unmarried, she is shown in the 1851 Census living with her brother and her father (born Budworth, Cheshire) in Shaftesbury Place, St Botolph's Aldersgate, London. (Born Lambeth.)
"England and Wales Census, 1851," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:SGXB-395 : 8 November 2017), Jane in household of Samuel Stanway, Saint Botolph Aldersgate, Middlesex, England; citing Saint Botolph Aldersgate, Middlesex, England, p. 51, from "1851 England, Scotland and Wales census," database and images, findmypast (http://www.findmypast.com : n.d.); citing PRO HO 107, The National Archives of the UK, Kew, Surrey.

Marriage record to Eli Hart (see under Sources) at St Olave's in Southwark, 20 Feb 1853.
"England Marriages, 1538–1973 ," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NJ9F-97R : 10 February 2018), Eli Hart and Jane Court Stanway, 20 Feb 1853; citing St. Olave'S, Southwark, Surrey, England, reference p 199, index based upon data collected by the Genealogical Society of Utah, Salt Lake City; FHL microfilm 254,564.

The 1871 Census record (see below) shows her as a widow, so it's unknown how she parted from Eli. This marriage is confirmed by the matching of Eli's signature with a later bank record, as well as his father named as Thomas and both of them being bricklayers. She is about 19 years older than Eli when they marry.

1861 Census:
It's possible that she is actually the "sister-in'law" named as Jane Haughton in this record. The other information more or less matches, "England and Wales Census, 1861," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2ML-S75R : 11 December 2017), Jane Haughton in household of Samuel Stanway, St Giles Cripplegate, London, Middlesex, England; from "1861 England, Scotland and Wales census," database and images, findmypast (http://www.findmypast.com : n.d.); citing PRO RG 9, The National Archives, Kew, Surrey.

1871 Census record (see under Sources) shows Jane living with her brother Samuel and sister-in-law Anne in Well St, Cripplegate (now St Luke's area just outside the London Wall - street doesn't exist any more). She is a "monthly nurse" aged 64. St Luke's https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St_Luke%27s,_London - known for a large population of non-conformists.

It seems likely that Jane died before 1881, as there's a census record for her brother and wife but not her. Couldn't see an obvious GRO record, but this could do with more searching.
