"Well-Known West Millcreek Lady Passed Away Early This Moning-- She Had Been Ill But Four Days--Funeral Will be Held Saturday"
Mrs. Jane Mulholland, an old and highly respected lady, of West Millcreek, passed away at her home at about 7 o'clock this morning. Death resulted from an attack of appoplexy with which she had suffered but four days. Mrs. Mulholland was 62 years of age and was widely known. She was born in New York but removed to Erie county where she spent her early womanhood. Twenty-four years ago the family removed to Kentucky where they resided until last fall, when they returned to West Millcreek.
Besides the husband she leaves four children to mourn her death. One son, William White, by a former husband, two daughters, Mrs. Annie Ford of Washington D.C., and Miss Clara at home, and a son, John Mulholland, of this city.
The funeral will take place Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from St. Paul's church in this city. Internment in Erie cemetery."
