I am descended from Samuel Plaw/Plow and his first wife Mary through their daughter Elizabeth who married Thomas Warren II; also descend from Samuel's second wife Jane (Unknown) King Warren through her son Thomas Warren II (who married his step-sister Elizabeth Plow). I have found nothing about any Indian connections to these people,
I can't find a clue as to Jane (unknown) King Warren Plow's maiden name. There are many possibilities among the families associated with the Warrens and Davises over generations in Surry and Southampton Counties. None of them list a daughter Jane who matches for our Jane, but she could be overlooked somewhere.
What is the source of Samuel's birth in 1636? Jane was born ca. 1630, according to her 1704 deposition to that effect (John Bennett Boddie, "Seventeenth Century Isle of Wight County, Virginia" (1938; 2012), 653, from Isle of Wight County Deed Book I..
