About Jean-Baptiste Lareau
Moved to Manchester, NH, in the early 1860's, and went to work for the railroad. He assisted in tracing the road for the construction of the Boston & Maine Railroad through the city. In later years, he was a landscaper and caretaker. He died a few weeks after celebrating his 100th birthday.
