Obituary, Woonsocket Call, October 16, 1947
Jean B. Patenaude, 61, of 409 Rathbun street died yesterday at his home, following a long illness. He came to this city four years ago and had been employed at the Bonin Spinnibg Company until three years ago, when he retired.
He was born in Fall River, Dec. 18, 1885, a son of Eugene and Zellie (Dufour) Patenaude. He was a member of the League of the Sacred Heart of St. Louis Church.
Surviving are his widow, Marie Anne (Berube) Patenaude; three sons, Eugene and Emile of this city and Armand of San Pedro, Cal., a daughter, Miss Therese Patenaude; two sisters, Mrs. Henri Harpin and Mrs. Elphege Plante, all of this city.
The funeral will be held Saturday morning at 8:45 form the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home with a solemn requiem mass at 9:30 in St.Louis Church. Burial will be in Precious Blood Cemetery.
