Histoire et Genealogie des Acadiens, Vol 2, p,755 and p 539 P 755 shows Jeanne to be married to Jean, but P 539 shows Jeanne to be married to Pierre. Since Jean m. Anne Richard has no child named Jean, I assume that Pierre is correct. My question is, however, recorded 4 Aug 1993

Jean was born about 1696.
Jean Dupuis married Jeanne Richard in 1720 in Acadie. His father Pierre and her father Alexandre Richard were deceased.
