4 June 1622: Extract heritable bond by Alexander Irrwing of Drum to Elspeth Irrwing, his sister, on the town and lands of Hirne, in the parish of Banchorie and sheriffdom of Kincardine, in lieu of payment due to her in terms of a bond of provision, dated 14 May 1647, made by their deceased father, Sir Alexander Irrwing of Drum, in favour of James, Charles and Francis, his sons, and Anna, the said Elspeth, Jean, Isobel and Margaret his daughters. Registered B. of C. and S. 21 December 1664. (With instrument of sasine dated 9 June and recorded P.R.S. Aberdeen and Kincardine 1 July 1662.)
